AthleteRecruitPortal provides an online platform that connects student-athletes with college coaches and scouts. The Service includes profile creation, search functionality, messaging, and related features.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your password
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. You agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your subscription

- Understand that subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

7. NCAA Compliance and Disclaimer

AthleteRecruitPortal is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the NCAA (National Collegiate Athletic Association), any colleges, universities, high schools, athletic conferences, or athletic programs in any way.
All users of this Service—including athletes, parents, coaches, and scouts—are solely and exclusively responsible for understanding and complying with all NCAA recruiting rules, regulations, bylaws, and policies.
User Responsibilities:
- You are responsible for knowing and following all NCAA recruiting rules applicable to your sport, division, and classification
- You must understand and comply with NCAA recruiting calendars, including contact periods, evaluation periods, quiet periods, and dead periods
- You must be aware of contact restrictions based on athlete grade level and sport-specific rules
- You must comply with all communication restrictions and permissible contact rules
- You are responsible for maintaining your amateur status and NCAA eligibility
No Guarantee of Compliance: AthleteRecruitPortal does not monitor, enforce, or guarantee NCAA compliance. We provide a platform for communication and profile management, but we do not:
- Verify that communications comply with NCAA rules
- Block communications during NCAA dead periods or quiet periods
- Ensure that users are following sport-specific or division-specific rules
- Provide legal advice or NCAA compliance guidance
Consequences of Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with NCAA rules may result in:
- Loss of athletic eligibility
- Sanctions against athletes, coaches, or institutions
- Forfeiture of games or championships
- Penalties, fines, or other disciplinary actions

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RECRUITING RESULTS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATHLETERECRUITPORTAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
